Not quite the cover of the Rolling Stone... but inside the front cover of the Wooden Boat Small Boat Edition still gives me all kinda thrills. (Apologies to Dr Hook).

We've been dilatory in posting recently, but we have an excuse; it's been a very busy summer.

Just before the Port Townsend Wooden Boat show, Sam Devlin announced the availability of kits on the Devlin Website.  We had a great booth at the show, which was very well attended in part because of the spectacular weather. We had a 5x10 Skiff in the booth as well as models of the Pelicano and Litl Coot.

Jeff and Randy will be helping at the Devlin Kits booth as well as displaying our new West Satsop Drifter.

It's Spring at West Satsop Boats and Randy and I are busy working on a West Satsop Drifter for my friend John, a Henry Island Pram for Randy as well as cutting parts for a 48' powerboat being built in Sam Devlin's yard in Olympia.

It is nice to be able to open the doors and sweep out the winter's collected dust.
